Embolo Item Return Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

• customer have 4 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Any return requests submitted after 4 days will not be accepted.

Our Role – Delivery Partner Only

• Embolo is solely a delivery partner connecting customers with local chemists and licensed vendors.

• Embolo does not manufacture, prescribe, or sell any medicines directly.

• Any issues regarding the condition, correctness, effectiveness, or packaging of the medicines are the full responsibility of the respective chemist/vendor.

Return Process and Fees

• For returns initiated within the 4-day period for any reason other than a serious product issue, a fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted.

• Upon return, you will receive a FULL REFUND of the purchase price, minus the 20% fee, unless the return is due to a defect or issue caused by the vendor (in which case, the fee is waived).

• The product must be returned as part of this process.

Live Product Photos Review

• Before finalizing your purchase, you will receive live photos of the medicines from the chemist.

• If you are not satisfied with the product after reviewing these photos, you can request a FULL REFUND.

• Please note, this FULL REFUND option does not apply if the medicines have already left the chemist’s premises.

Defective or Malfunctioning Products

• If the product is expired, incorrect, or not as prescribed (excluding misuse or mishandling), you are eligible for a FULL REFUND or replacement as per the vendor’s return policy.

• The vendor/chemist is responsible for managing all returns and complaints related to the product.

Vendor Accountability

• All chemists and vendors on Embolo must ensure the quality, accuracy, and condition of their products.

• Any product defects or discrepancies must be resolved by the vendor through a FULL REFUND or replacement.

Customer Responsibilities

• Carefully review the live photos and medicine details before confirming your purchase.

• Initiate any return request within the specified 4-day period.

• Follow the return instructions provided by our support team to complete the process.

• This policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process for both customers and vendors.
